The International Agency for Research on Cancer and the St Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Memphis, USA, in collaboration with the IARC Caribbean Cancer Registry Hub, Caribbean Public Health Agency (CARPHA), Trinidad and Tobago, are pleased to announce the regional ChildGICR online course on Childhood Cancer Registration is open for application.

This training opportunity is targeting health professionals from the following countries:
Anguilla; Antigua and Barbuda; Aruba; The Bahamas; Barbados; Belize; Bermuda; Bonaire, Saba, St. Eustatius; British Virgin Islands; The Cayman Island, Curaçao; Dominica; France, Martinique; France, Guadeloupe; France, St Martin; Grenada; Guyana; Haiti; Jamaica; Montserrat; Saint Kitts and Nevis; Saint Lucia; Saint Vincent and the Grenadines; Sint Maarten; Suriname; Trinidad and Tobago; Turks and Caicos Islands.

Priority will be given to applicants involved in establishing or strengthening childhood cancer registration in these countries. The course will focus on fundamentals of population-based registration of childhood cancer. The online application will be opened until 30 June 2024.
